Studio Slips guarantees the quality and materials of our product to be free of defect. If there is a defect in the quality or material, we will replace the defected item, or give a full refund.
Dimensions should be verified by the customer, prior to construction of the product. Every online order is sent a confirmation letter within 2 working days, which includes the dimensions of the item ordered. Because email can get lost, we also notify the customer at the time of order on the order receipt to expect our confirmation letter and to contact us if it is not received within 2 working days. These dimensions should be verified or corrected by the customer. If, after 10 days, the customer does not respond to our confirmation letter, we will process the order, but will not be responsible if the item does not fit. If, the cover or bag does not fit an item that has been verified or corrected, Studio Slips takes full responsibility and will remake, or refund the item including shipping.
