- How do I begin?
Start by selecting your gear from any one of the Products pages. If we have your gear in our database, you can order online
using our shopping cart in the right-hand column.
If you cannot find your gear, fill out a Price Quote Request, and we'll get back to you.
From there, you can order online, or call or e-mail to place your order.
- How do I order?
You can order through our online shopping cart, phone, or fax. We accept all
major credit cards, checks, and money orders. We use PayPal for our online payment processing.
- Do you make bags and covers for custom cabinets?
Yes, and we don't even charge extra!
- How do I measure my equipment?
We have created a variety of measurement charts that will
work with the majority of gear shapes available. We have also made a detailed video
that will show you how to measure your gear.
- What if my gear has an unusual shape?
When you're inquiring about an unusually shaped unit, it's always helpful to us if you can give us a link
to a photo you've taken or to an online photo so we have an idea of what you've got. We can give you a
quote based on the height, width, depth and handle openings. Once you decide to order, the best way
for us to create a pattern for your odd shaped gear is for you to send us a manufacturer's drawing of
your unit (click for example).
Very often, manufacturers have drawings in the owner's manual or online,
and you can e-mail, fax or mail us a copy. If no manufacturer's drawing can
be found, the next best way is for you to take digital photos of your gear. We can walk you through
which photos we need, and once we have them, you can help us with the dimensions. If neither of those
options work, we have other ideas that we can discuss.
- What if my cover or bag doesn't fit or there's a problem with it?
Once we receive your order, we email the dimensions that we have for your gear to you so that you can double
check them against your actual cabinet. If our dimensions differ from yours, we'll correct our pattern to
fit your gear. If we make a mistake on varified dimensions or if there is a problem with the materials,
we will quickly remake your order and cover all of the shipping costs. If we don't hear back from you within
a week and you choose not to check the dimensions, we will build your order with our dimensions and we cannot
be held responsible if the cover or bag does not fit.
- How long does it take?
Lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from payment. More than 10 pieces could take up to 6 weeks.
- How do you ship?
We prefer UPS for shipping within the U.S., and the US Postal Service for shipping to international addresses.
- Do you ship out of the U.S.
Yes, we ship worldwide by US Postal Service.
- Do you give dealer discounts?
Yes. Give us a call and we we'll give you our rep's contact information.
